Preventive care includes regular checkups such as vaccination, vital measurements, or health screening that help identifying major health issues before it appears. Preventive care is critical to reduce hospitalization and promote health, especially for the elder population.

How might we address the barrier of transportation for seniors by creating an autonomous mobile clinic in order to make preventive health services more accessible?

We interviewed our defined personas to understand their behaviors, opinions, hesitations, and their experiences towards preventive healthcare services.
Customer Journey Mapping
To be completely aware of the behaviors and understand the touchpoints, we mapped the journey of an elderly person given an option for an autonomous mobile clinic facility. Health care for the elders are very sensitive and critical as we found in our interviews and research that it is also tied with past experiences and also as a matter of being independent and leading their life.
