Vote - pedia is a voter's guide for US citizens to help them in filling the Ballot. It's a conversational UI which helps providing all the information required.
Overview
US Election 2020 was certainly an unusual and crucial election with Covid-19 still in existence. A lot of voters opted to vote for Mail-in Ballot where some still chose to vote on-site. In both cases filling the Ballot has been most difficult and tiresome with a lot of information floating around. Filling the Ballot is as much about personal views it also involves some amount of conversations with friends, family, or acquaintances or maybe not. Keeping in mind the unbiased inclination towards any political party; a concept for conversational UI was designed.

Stakeholder Analysis
US Election involves many stakeholders including Political parties, Corporations, Trade Unions, Media, and citizens or voters. It was extensive and necessary to layout the stakeholder analysis to understand the values these stakeholders provide in US Election system. These values could be functional, emotional, or financial, and determining these values and their relationships with stakeholders were necessary while designing the conversation between the stakeholders.

Takeaways
Stakeholders and their impact- In stakeholder mapping I learned about their relationships to the product, their goal, and the extent of impact stakeholders can create and affect the product and its progression. Identifying the most influential stakeholders in the product development cycle, in this case, were Voters. Voter engagement being a very influential stakeholder was important to be studied and understood about their current and expected level of engagement.
